License Agreement

ThynkTech India Private Limited grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Retail Billing Software.

License Conditions

• The software may be used only for lawful business purposes.
• Users may not copy, modify, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute the software.
• Unauthorized commercial exploitation is prohibited.

Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if:

• Terms are violated
• Fraudulent or illegal activities are detected
• Security risks are identified

Upon termination, the license automatically stands revoked.

Intellectual Property

All software, branding, logos, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of ThynkTech India Private Limited.
